WORK FROM HOME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

MONDAY-FRIDAY APPROX 40 HOURS/WEEK.

Sweeping The Nation™ seeks a Work From Home Administrative Assistant to help with the day to day administrative tasks of the business. You will:

  • be in charge of maintaining the overall flow of workplace operations
  • be the central point of contact for clients and employees alike, and
  • generally keep track of employee directories, essential contact information, all staff schedules, and the structure of our organization.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Included but not limited to:

  • Bookkeeping – Paying bills, taxes, reporting WSIB etc. in a timely manner
  • Sending daily emails
  • Answering the phone and relaying messages
  • Scheduling employees shifts
  • System development – Create and maintain record keeping systems
  • Data entry
  • Preparing documents e.g. contracts, work folders etc.
  • Managing Social Media pages

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in Business Administration preferred
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision e.g. problem solving, being proactive.
  • Ability to work as a team player and display a pleasant, respectful, and positive attitude.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and employees when needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Salary: $41K – $58K
